WinVDIG is one of the only free VDIG for Windows implementation. It is able to handle a large variety of hardware by implementing a simple DirectShow to QuickTime bridge. Unfortunately, it has not been maintained recently, and some versions seem to have bad interactions with newer versions of QuickTime.
